3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated, not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. To initiate a return, contact us at themagicpillow@outlook.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at themagicpillow@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be processed and shipped. Contact us immediately at themagicpillow@outlook.com if you need to cancel.
